Job Description/Specification:

💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage performance of catering suppliers across assigned stations, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with operational standards.
✅ Monitor compliance with aviation food safety, Halal requirements, and airline service standards.
✅ Track supplier KPIs, service levels, and operational performance, and implement corrective action plans where required.
✅ Conduct audits, gather feedback, and evaluate supplier performance across multiple locations.
✅ Identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and support budget control initiatives.
✅ Manage operational contingency plans to ensure service continuity during disruptions.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve operational and service issues.
✅ Support development and implementation of SOPs, SLAs, and operational guidelines with catering partners.
✅ Ensure suppliers are equipped with accurate menu and operational requirements for onboard service delivery.
✅ Participate in cross-functional projects impacting operational and financial performance.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
💼 Minimum 4+ years of experience in supplier management, catering operations, airline operations, or FMCG/food service environments.
🤝 Strong experience working cross-functionally with operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
⚡ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
📊 Strong analytical skills with ability to track performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
