Job Description/Specification:

Oversee daily passenger terminal operations to ensure efficient and smooth passenger flow.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the terminal and monitor operational activities during shifts.

Ensure compliance with aviation safety, security, and operational procedures.

Lead, motivate, and supervise frontline teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Monitor terminal performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

π Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
πΌ Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
