🚀 Lead high-performing B2B sales teams, build executive client relationships, and drive enterprise business growth in the telecommunications sector. This role is ideal for experienced sales leaders with a strong track record in enterprise account management and team leadership.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead the team to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives (CXOs) and key enterprise customers.
✅ Develop and manage the team's sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
✅ Monitor team performance, coach team members, and support KPI achievement.
✅ Collaborate with product and internal stakeholders to develop customer-focused solutions.
✅ Ensure CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunities are accurately maintained.
✅ Train and mentor the team on new technologies, products, and business processes.
✅ Support complex, high-value deal negotiations and successful contract closures.
✅ Conduct executive customer meetings alongside senior sales leadership.
✅ Monitor market trends and provide commercial feedback to product teams.
✅ Ensure compliance with internal processes, company values, and governance standards.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales and/or enterprise account management.
📈 Proven success in achieving enterprise sales targets and driving revenue growth.
👥 Strong experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
🤝 Expertise in enterprise account management and customer relationship selling.
💻 Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
🌍 Experience within the GCC telecommunications market.
🗣️ Fluent English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
💡 Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
