Job Description/Specification:


🚗 Join a leading automotive dealership and deliver exceptional aftersales support by helping customers find the right parts, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role is ideal for automotive professionals with dealership aftersales or parts advisory experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist customers by identifying and recommending the correct automotive parts and accessories.
✅ Prepare accurate quotations, estimates, repair orders, and job cards.
✅ Coordinate with workshop teams regarding repairs, additional work, parts availability, and customer approvals.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and support stock audits, cycle counts, and parts availability.
✅ Process parts returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
✅ Handle billing, cash transactions, petty cash, reconciliation, and related documentation.
✅ Explain invoices clearly and ensure professional vehicle handover to customers.
✅ Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
✅ Support achievement of parts, accessories, and aftersales revenue targets.
✅ Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
💼 Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership, preferably as a Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, or Aftersales Executive.
🚗 Strong knowledge of automotive parts, dealership operations, and aftersales service processes.
💻 Working knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
📦 Experience with inventory management, stock monitoring, cycle counts, and parts returns.
💰 Knowledge of billing, cash handling, and documentation processes.
🗣️ Strong English communication and customer service skills.
🎯 Target-driven with the ability to support parts and service sales objectives.
