Job Description/Specification:


🚀 Support executive administration and office operations by coordinating documentation, communications, and cross-departmental activities. This role is ideal for organized administrative professionals who thrive in structured corporate environments.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
✅ Organize, maintain, and archive physical and electronic records and documents.
✅ Prepare official correspondence, reports, presentations, and administrative documentation.
✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
✅ Manage incoming and outgoing communications and ensure timely follow-up.
✅ Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
✅ Track administrative requests and ensure timely completion.
✅ Prepare periodic and ad-hoc management reports.
✅ Support departmental planning, budgeting, and operational activities.
✅ Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper document control procedures.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative coordination, office administration, or a similar role.
💻 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
📝 Excellent report writing, documentation, and record management skills.
📅 Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
🤝 Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
🌍 Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
🏢 Experience working in a large organization, NGO, or corporate environment is preferred.
📂 Knowledge of office administration best practices and document control procedures.
