💼 Key Responsibilities
🎯 Brand Strategy & Governance
✅ Develop and maintain the company's brand strategy, visual identity, and tone of voice across all markets.
✅ Ensure consistent brand representation across digital platforms, mobile apps, websites, campaigns, and offline marketing materials.
✅ Conduct brand audits and refine brand guidelines based on market trends and customer feedback.
📰 Corporate Communications & Public Relations
✅ Lead external communications, including press releases, media briefings, corporate announcements, and crisis communications.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies across regional markets.
✅ Support executive leadership with strategic communications and reputation management.
📱 Social Media Management
✅ Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
✅ Manage editorial calendars, campaign schedules, and product launch communications.
✅ Coordinate with creative agencies to produce high-quality visual and video content.
✅ Manage influencer partnerships, brand ambassadors, and creator collaborations.
✅ Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and AI-powered platforms to schedule content, monitor engagement, and improve workflow efficiency.
✅ Monitor community engagement, respond to customer interactions, and perform social listening and sentiment analysis.
🤝 Reputation & Stakeholder Management
✅ Monitor brand reputation across digital and traditional media channels.
✅ Produce regular brand sentiment and performance reports for senior leadership.
✅ Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
✅ Support customer acquisition, retention, and partnership campaigns through integrated communications.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
💼 Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Public Relations.
👥 At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
📢 Proven experience managing brand identity, media relations, and corporate communications for consumer-facing brands.
📱 Strong expertise across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other social media platforms.
🛠️ Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite and AI-powered marketing tools.
🤝 Strong experience managing creative agencies, influencers, and cross-functional marketing teams.
✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
🚗 Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, fintech, technology, or high-growth digital businesses is preferred.
