💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
✅ Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
✅ Issue materials and supplies based on approved requests.
✅ Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
✅ Monitor stock movements and report shortages or discrepancies.
✅ Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
✅ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the store and warehouse.
✅ Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams on inventory requirements.
✅ Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
✅ Follow company policies, inventory procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent; certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management is an advantage.
💼 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar inventory role.
📦 Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems.
🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
📊 Experience using ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
🗂️ Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
🤝 Good communication skills in English and the ability to work independently or within a team.
