💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
✅ Assist users with account management, password resets, and system access.
✅ Install, configure, and update software and basic system applications.
✅ Document incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures accurately.
✅ Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support teams when required.
✅ Maintain IT asset inventory and monitor system performance.
✅ Provide professional and timely technical support to internal employees.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
💼 Previous experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Support roles is preferred.
🖥️ Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic networking.
🔧 Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.
🤝 Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
⚡ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
📜 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are an advantage.
