💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documents.
✅ Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
✅ Coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
✅ Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
✅ Organize meetings, events, and business activities.
✅ Maintain office records and support day-to-day administrative operations.
✅ Perform additional administrative and executive support tasks as assigned.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
💼 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
🗂️ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
🤝 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🔒 Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
