💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome visitors and clients while maintaining a professional front-office environment.
✅ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
✅ Manage meeting room bookings, appointments, and executive calendars.
✅ Maintain office records, project documents, and filing systems.
✅ Coordinate communication between head office, project sites, and internal departments.
✅ Provide administrative support to HR, management, and engineering teams.
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day reception and office operations.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
💼 Experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant, preferably within a construction company.
🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
📞 Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
📂 Experience handling documentation, scheduling, and office administration.
🌍 Professional English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
✅ Candidates currently available in Qatar with immediate joining availability are preferred.
