💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop, implement, and continuously refine corporate strategy and long-term strategic priorities.
✅ Ensure alignment between organizational goals and national vision frameworks such as Qatar Vision 2030.

✅ Establish and manage performance management and accountability frameworks across the organization.

✅ Oversee executive reporting, business cases, dashboards, and strategic performance insights.
✅ Ensure strong governance, monitoring, and delivery of strategic programs.

🎓 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
💼 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or corporate planning.
📊 Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and organizational change.
📊 Strong knowledge of performance management, governance, and strategic frameworks.
🤝 Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
🧠 Strong analytical thinking and executive-level communication skills.
