💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey including onboarding, delivery, billing, and support using a lean mindset.
✅ Design and implement agile operational workflows using low-code/no-code tools for automation and efficiency.
✅ Build lightweight process frameworks and documentation to ensure consistent and scalable B2B customer experience delivery.
✅ Set up dashboards and KPIs to track customer operations performance and enable fast decision-making.
✅ Act as the main operations point of contact across Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.
✅ Collect and translate customer and internal feedback into actionable process improvements.
✅ Identify bottlenecks and drive automation to ensure operational scalability and efficiency.
✅ Continuously improve workflows to reduce manual effort and increase operational speed.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
📊 5+ years of experience in customer operations, preferably in SaaS startups or telco environments.
⚙️ Strong experience building and improving customer processes from scratch in fast-paced environments.
🤖 Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, CRM tools, and automation workflows.
🔁 Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration across Product, Finance, and Commercial teams.
📈 Familiarity with agile, lean, or process improvement methodologies (certifications are a plus).
