💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist Operations Controller in generating flight plans, pre-flight briefings, and Flight Watch activities.
✅ Monitor operational and meteorological conditions and identify impacts on flight safety and routing.
✅ Communicate operational changes and alerts to Operations Controllers (Flight Dispatchers) in real time.
✅ Support and coordinate diplomatic permit applications to ensure timely approvals for flight operations.
✅ Liaise with Charter Sales teams to respond to charter inquiries efficiently and accurately.
✅ Monitor NOTAMs, airport slots, parking, and operational restrictions and escalate schedule impacts.
✅ Maintain and update operational systems with flight data including permits, routes, and validity status.
✅ Support IOC management by resolving operational issues and ensuring cost-effective flight planning.
✅ Highlight critical operational risks such as pending permits or airport restrictions affecting VIP/VVIP movements.
✅ Coordinate with international embassies and civil aviation authorities for diplomatic clearances.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
✈️ Valid Flight Dispatch License or certification from a recognized regulatory authority.
🌍 Experience in business aviation or high-pressure aviation operations environment preferred.
🛫 Understanding of EDTO, MNPS, PACOTS, AUSOTS, and EASA Air Operations regulations is an advantage.
🧠 Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
