💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate vendor mobilization, call-outs, and site activities in line with commissioning schedules.
✅ Act as the main interface between vendors, commissioning engineers, construction, and QA/QC teams.
✅ Ensure vendor support during FAT, SAT, loop checks, testing, and system start-up.
✅ Align vendor readiness including manpower, tools, documentation, and consumables.
✅ Track vendor performance, progress, and delays while maintaining detailed reporting logs.
✅ Support documentation validation including test procedures, manuals, and certificates.
✅ Assist in invoice verification, service reports, and vendor-related administrative tasks.
✅ Resolve technical and interface issues across disciplines until full closure.
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
💼 2–7+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
🛠️ Strong exposure to commissioning, pre-commissioning, SAT, and vendor coordination activities.
🛠️ Understanding of EPC workflows (MC → Commissioning → Start-up phases).
🌍 Strong English communication skills.
