  • Chartered status or professional accreditation from a recognized international institution.
  • Minimum of 25 years’ postgraduate experience in infrastructure or major capital programmes.
  • At least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Strong GCC experience (minimum 5 years in Qatar or the region preferred).
  • Proven experience in roads, aviation, rail, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering processes, governance frameworks, and programme delivery systems.
  • Experience working within government or client-side organizations is highly desirable.
