💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends within AI, sustainability, and digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Smart City providers, consultants, technology partners, platform providers, and system integrators.
  • Develop and manage an indirect sales channel to expand market reach and accelerate software adoption.
  • Generate, qualify, and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and technical teams to align customer needs with business solutions.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track sales performance, pipeline health, and partnership success using key business development metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and PaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise software sales.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation trends.
  • Proven experience developing partnerships and driving revenue growth across Middle East markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple commercial opportunities.
