- 🏗️ Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and technical services.
- 🔧 Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
- 🤝 Supervise outsourced facility management vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
- 🛍️ Lead fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects across retail and office locations.
- 🖥️ Manage FM ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- 📊 Conduct regular facility inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- 💰 Monitor operational costs and manage facility budgets effectively.
- 🧯 Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire protection, and regulatory standards.
- 📅 Develop maintenance schedules to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.
- 📈 Prepare KPI reports, operational dashboards, and contractor performance evaluations.
- 🚨 Coordinate emergency response planning and business continuity procedures.
- 🤝 Collaborate with retail operations, procurement, security, and commercial teams.
🎯 ✅ Requirements
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- 💼 8–10 years of experience in facilities management or building operations.
- 🧑🔧 Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- 🏬 Strong experience in retail, malls, commercial buildings, or large-scale facilities.
- 🛠️ Hands-on knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure.
- 🖥️ Experience with CAFM or FM ticketing systems is mandatory.
- 📋 Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and contractor management.
- 💰 Proven ability in budgeting, cost control, and operational reporting.
- 🧯 Strong knowledge of safety, fire protection, and compliance standards.
