- 📊 Create and execute joint business plans with clear targets, KPIs, and performance outcomes.
- 🎓 Enable partners through structured training, certification, and solution onboarding programs.
- 🧭 Own senior-level partner relationships, building long-term strategic collaboration with key stakeholders.
- 🤖 Align partner activities with broader AI, data, and enterprise sales strategies across the organization.
- 📈 Track channel performance, pipeline health, and partner KPIs to optimize growth and impact.
- 🌍 Represent the organization at industry events, government forums, and strategic partner engagements in Qatar.
🎯 ✅ Requirements
- 🎓 7+ years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or enterprise GTM roles in technology.
- 🌐 Strong background in building partner ecosystems across Qatar or the wider GCC region.
- 🤖 Solid understanding of AI, data platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
- 🤝 Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level and government entities.
- 📊 Highly analytical, with strong experience in pipeline management and performance tracking.
- 🗣️ Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- 📍 Based in Doha or willing to relocate; on-site presence required.
- 🧠 Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate in complex enterprise environments.
