💼 📋 Key Responsibilities

  • 📅 Coordinate schedules, meetings, calendars, and administrative activities for the Events team.
  • 📝 Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business documentation.
  • ✈️ Arrange business travel, itineraries, bookings, and supporting documents.
  • 📂 Process contracts, purchase requests, invoices, and event-related administrative paperwork.
  • 🤝 Coordinate documentation between Events, Banqueting, Culinary, Finance, Procurement, and other departments.
  • 🗂️ Maintain accurate databases for clients, suppliers, venues, and internal records.
  • 📦 Monitor office supplies and assist with sourcing operational materials.
  • ✅ Ensure administrative processes comply with company policies and support daily office operations.

🎯 ✅ Requirements

  • 🎓 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 💼 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, operations support, or hospitality.
  • 🏨 Previous experience in the hospitality or events industry is preferred.
  • 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • 💬 Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • 👁️ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • 🌍 Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
