Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage key customer relationships as the primary point of contact across all departments and projects.
✅ Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development with sales and technical teams.
✅ Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
✅ Monitor project performance, reporting, and alignment with commercial objectives.
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
💼 Experience in the oil & gas industry, including 5+ years in key account or project management roles.
🛠️ Strong technical knowledge of steam turbines, turbo compressors, and industrial maintenance projects. Proven ability in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
🌍 Excellent English communication required; German is an advantage.
