Requirements
🎓 High school diploma with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
💼 Experience using Amadeus or any GDS system is an advantage; airline or IATA certification is a plus.
🛠️ Strong communication, active listening, multitasking, and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
🌍 Fluent English plus German, Spanish, or Italian is required.
