Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate merchandising schedules, payroll, and leave planning.
✅ Build strong relationships with retail partners and support seasonal promotional campaigns.
Requirements
🎓 Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
💼 Experience in FMCG merchandising, including team supervision or leadership.
🛠️ Strong leadership, communication, route planning, and merchandising execution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
🌍 Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
