Key Responsibilities
✅ Support daily store operations, including staff supervision, receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
✅ Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
✅ Ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders according to company standards.
✅ Monitor hygiene, safety, security, and operational compliance during each shift.
✅ Work closely with the Store Supervisor to improve productivity and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Business, Retail, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
💼 Experience in supermarkets, grocery retail, restaurants, or store operations.
🛠️ Strong leadership, inventory management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
🌍 Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
