💼 What You Will Do
- 🏊 Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times
- 🚨 Respond quickly to emergencies and perform rescue techniques when needed
- 🦺 Assist injured guests and support emergency response procedures
- 🌊 Enforce pool rules and safety regulations with professionalism
- 🧼 Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, towels, and recreational areas
- 🏃 Stay alert and active throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment
- 🤝 Provide friendly, professional guest service at all times
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 🔥 No prior experience required (recreation or lifeguard experience is a plus)
- 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 🏅 Valid CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 💪 Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
- 🧠 High attention to safety, detail, and quick decision-making
- 😊 Positive attitude and strong guest service mindset
