💼 What You Will Do

• 🍽️ Supervise daily restaurant/café operations and shift performance
• 👨‍🍳 Lead, train, and motivate service staff for peak performance
• ⭐ Ensure excellent guest service and memorable customer experiences
• 📦 Manage inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control
• 🧼 Maintain hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
• 🚀 Handle online delivery platforms like Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, Keeta & others
• 📊 Monitor online orders, promotions, sales reports, and platform performance
• 💬 Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
• 💰 Manage cash handling and daily sales transactions

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 🔥 Experience in café, restaurant, or F&B supervisory roles
• 📱 Strong experience managing online food delivery platforms is mandatory
• 💪 Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• ⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• 📊 Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
• 🌍 English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• 🎓 Hospitality or Business qualification preferred
