๐Ÿ“‹ Key Responsibilities

  • ๐Ÿ“Œ Support employee relations tracking, issue resolution, and follow-ups
  • ๐Ÿค Assist management in handling HR cases and workplace concerns
  • ๐Ÿงพ Ensure compliance with hiring, recruitment, and labor regulations
  • ๐Ÿ“‚ Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Support HR reporting, employee surveys, and administrative processes
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Respond to employee and management inquiries professionally
  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling activities

  • ๐ŸŽ“ High school diploma or equivalent (HR qualification preferred)
  • ๐Ÿ“… Minimum 1 year of HR-related experience
  • ๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿ’ผ At least 1 year of supervisory or team support experience preferred
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Computer literacy and familiarity with HR systems
