Job Description/Specification:
🌟 Lead intelligent transport systems (ITS) operations and drive traffic efficiency, incident response, and corridor performance improvements across large-scale urban networks.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- 🚧 Oversee subcontractors managing SCATS and traffic engineering services
- 📊 Review and validate monthly performance and operational reports
- 🚨 Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and lessons learned documentation
- 📈 Analyze traffic data to develop optimization and improvement strategies
- 💬 Manage customer complaints within SLA timelines and ensure resolution quality
- 🤝 Coordinate with government authorities and key stakeholders (e.g., transport ministries)
- 🎯 Manage traffic plans for special events and system configurations
- 🧠 Evaluate and enhance traffic systems using simulation and engineering analysis
- 🛠️ Support continuous improvement of ITS operations and performance
🎯 Requirements
- 📍 Must be based in Jeddah
- 📅 Experience in traffic operations, ITS, or transport engineering
- 🚦 Strong expertise in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and SCATS or similar systems
- 🏛️ Experience in government or large-scale infrastructure environments
- 📊 Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and incident management
- 🤝 Excellent stakeholder management skills (ministries, authorities, contractors)
- 🧩 Strong problem-solving and operational coordination abilities
