๐ Key Responsibilities
- ๐งฉ Maintain and update organizational structures, positions, and cost centres in SAP
- ๐ Manage workforce data, org charts, and establishment reports with high accuracy
- ๐๏ธ Review and process organizational change requests, transfers, and position updates
- ๐ Generate monthly workforce reports, dashboards, and management summaries
- ๐
Support workforce budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
- ๐ค Coordinate with department managers for staffing and organizational changes
- ๐งพ Maintain contractor databases and ensure accurate SAP records
- ๐ Prepare statistical reports, ad hoc queries, and management analytics
- โ๏ธ Act as focal point for resolving SAP organizational data issues
๐ฏ Requirements
- ๐ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ๐
Experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or personnel data management
- ๐ข๏ธ Experience in oil & gas industry preferred
- ๐ป Strong knowledge of SAP Organizational Management module
- ๐ Advanced analytical and reporting skills
- ๐ง Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- ๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent written and spoken English
