🎓 Requirements
- Degree in Human Rights, Law, International Relations, Political Science, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in human rights, international development, education, law, or related areas
- Proven experience designing and delivering training and capacity-building programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills
- Experience leading teams and coordinating complex projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing abilities
- Fluent English and Arabic language skills
