A luxury 5-star hotel in Doha is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to deliver personalized guest services, ensuring a smooth, memorable, and high-quality stay experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and stay-related services
✅ Handle guest requests, inquiries, and operational needs efficiently
✅ Provide local recommendations and enhance guest experience
✅ Process reports, updates, and service documentation accurately
✅ Ensure all hotel standards, safety, and quality procedures are followed
✅ Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-driven approach
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
🛠️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🛠️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced guest-facing environment
🛠️ Basic computer skills and attention to detail
🌍 Good spoken English required
