Job Description/Specification:
A leading 5-star hospitality brand in Doha is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guest booking requests and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring accurate reservation handling and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations via phone and email
✅ Assist guests in selecting suitable room types and rates
✅ Provide clear information on hotel policies, availability, and services
✅ Record and update reservations accurately in the system
✅ Apply correct pricing codes and ensure data accuracy
✅ Support revenue growth through upselling and sales techniques
✅ Escalate guest concerns following hotel procedures
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service background is a plus
🛠️ Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills
🛠️ Basic computer skills and attention to detail
🛠️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
🌍 Good spoken English required
