Job Description/Specification:
A luxury 5-star hotel in Doha is seeking a Hotel Runner to support daily operations across guest services, housekeeping, engineering, and front office departments. This role is key in ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver items and requests to guest rooms and hotel departments efficiently
✅ Support housekeeping, front office, restaurants, and engineering teams as needed
✅ Ensure timely response to guest and operational requests
✅ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across all areas
✅ Follow hotel procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines
✅ Handle physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and transporting items
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 No prior experience required; hospitality experience is an advantage
🛠️ Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🛠️ Good communication and teamwork skills
🛠️ Attention to detail and willingness to support multiple departments
🌍 Basic English communication skills required
