Job Description/Specification:
A fast-growing tech-driven logistics company in Qatar is seeking a WMS & Supply Chain Project Manager to lead warehouse system implementation, optimization, and cross-functional supply chain integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and upgrades
✅ Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
✅ Coordinate with IT, logistics, procurement, and external vendors
✅ Integrate WMS with ERP, delivery, and e-commerce systems
✅ Improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and operational flow
✅ Monitor project progress, risks, and reporting to stakeholders
✅ Manage vendor relationships and system deployment processes
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Business, or related field
🎓 PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
💼 Experience in supply chain operations and WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.)
🛠️ Strong project management, analytical, and process improvement skills
🛠️ Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
🛠️ Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse optimization
🌍 Strong communication and coordination skills in English
