high-profile private household in Qatar is seeking a discreet and highly professional Private Butler to manage villa operations, travel arrangements, and personal lifestyle services for a UHNW family. This role requires strong experience in luxury hospitality and private estate management.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily operations of private residence(s) and ensure luxury service standards
✅ Manage household staff including housekeeping, chefs, drivers, and security teams
✅ Coordinate international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries
✅ Handle personal errands, scheduling, and family lifestyle requirements
✅ Supervise villa maintenance, vendor coordination, and property upkeep
✅ Assist with packing, travel preparation, and household readiness
✅ Resolve operational issues quickly with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
🎓 Previous experience in private household or UHNW/UHNWI environment (mandatory)
💼 Background in luxury hospitality or 5-star hotel operations preferred
🛠️ Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
🛠️ Ability to manage staff, schedules, and household logistics efficiently
🌍 Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
🌍 High level of discretion, professionalism, and flexibility required
