Job Description/Specification:
A leading hospitality and dining company in Doha is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations and support business growth through effective people management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
✅ Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
✅ Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR compliance
✅ Develop and implement training and employee development programs
✅ Promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace culture
✅ Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies
✅ Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
🎓 SHRM, CIPD, or other HR certifications are an advantage
💼 HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position
💼 Strong hospitality industry experience within hotels, restaurants, catering, or F&B operations
🛠️ Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and performance management
🛠️ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
🌍 Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and local HR regulations
