Job Description/Specification:


A luxury hospitality property in Doha is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle guest booking requests, reservation modifications, and customer inquiries while delivering exceptional service and maximizing room revenue.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Process room reservations, amendments, and cancellations accurately

✅ Assist guests in selecting suitable room types and services

✅ Provide information about hotel facilities, rates, and policies

✅ Handle special requests and maintain accurate reservation records

✅ Support revenue growth through effective upselling and sales techniques

✅ Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally

✅ Ensure compliance with company standards and reservation procedures

Requirements

🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent

💼 Previous hospitality, customer service, call center, or reservations experience is an advantage

🛠️ Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

🛠️ Ability to work with reservation systems and basic computer applications

🛠️ Professional telephone etiquette and attention to detail

🌍 Good spoken and written English skills

🌍 Arabic language skills preferred

📍 Location: Doha, Qatar
