Job Description/Specification:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced retail professional to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve daily sales targets
✅ Manage staff schedules, attendance, and floor coverage for smooth operations
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively
✅ Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and product displays
✅ Maintain cash and stock control procedures in line with company policies
✅ Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams to ensure product availability
✅ Conduct staff coaching and product knowledge training sessions
✅ Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational standards
Requirements
🎓 High School Certificate or equivalent qualification
💼 Experience, including at least 3 years in retail or customer service operations
🛠️ Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
🛠️ Experience in inventory control, sales management, and customer service
🛠️ Previous retail operations experience is essential
🌍 Good command of spoken and written English
🌍 Travel retail experience is an advantage
