Job Description/Specification:
We are seeking an experienced ReadyMix Factory Production Manager to lead and oversee our ready-mix concrete production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant operations, concrete mix design formulation, and production management to ensure high-quality output, operational efficiency, and full compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production of ready-mix concrete to meet delivery schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Oversee batching operations, material handling, and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Optimize production planning to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Develop, test, and refine concrete mix designs based on project specifications.
- Coordinate with plant equipment manufacturers for troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Supervise quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and operational documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience in ready-mix plant operations and concrete mix design formulation.
- Strong knowledge of batching systems, plant equipment, and production workflows.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting operational priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve production or mix design issues.
