A leading hospitality group in Doha is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations across multiple restaurant locations. The role focuses on maintaining food quality, operational excellence, cost control, and team development while ensuring a consistent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and mentor Head Chefs and kitchen teams across multiple outlets
✅ Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards
✅ Monitor food costs, inventory levels, wastage, and kitchen profitability
✅ Oversee staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management
✅ Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health regulations
✅ Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews
✅ Support budget planning, forecasting, and overall kitchen performance
✅ Drive operational efficiency and achieve service time targets
Requirements
🎓 Culinary qualification or relevant hospitality certification preferred
💼 Kitchen operations experience, including multi-unit management role
🛠️ Strong knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, P&L analysis, and HACCP standards
🌍 Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
