Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, mentor, and support a team of backend developers
✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs
✅ Drive architecture decisions, coding standards, and development best practices
✅ Conduct code reviews and ensure security, performance, and quality standards
✅ Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and QA teams to deliver business solutions
✅ Optimize databases, servers, and system performance for reliability and scalability
✅ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution efforts
✅ Support agile planning, sprint execution, and project delivery
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Computer Science or a related field
💼 Backend development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
🛠️ Strong expertise in PHP (preferred), Python, Java, Ruby, or .NET
🛠️ Experience with MySQL, RESTful APIs, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora), and scalable system architecture
🌍 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
