✅ Develop and execute B2B sales and partnership strategies to achieve revenue targets✅ Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients and key accounts✅ Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions✅ Design customized executive education and leadership development solutions✅ Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities✅ Monitor sales performance, forecasting, profitability, and pipeline health✅ Collaborate with faculty, operations, and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery✅ Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums✅ Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance management
🎓 Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field💼 Experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, or executive education🛠️ Strong expertise in strategic partnerships, consultative selling, CRM systems, pricing, and commercial negotiations🌍 Fluent in English; Arabic and French are advantageous📈 Experience in GCC markets and corporate learning solutions is highly preferred🚀 Senior leadership opportunity within the executive education and professional development sector.
