A well-established company in Doha is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the General Manager and assist with daily administrative and operational activities.
✅ Manage emails, correspondence, and official documents✅ Prepare reports, letters, memos, and internal communications✅ Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules✅ Monitor employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave documentation✅ Assist with government, municipality, and health inspection reporting requirements✅ Support procurement processes and supplier coordination✅ Maintain petty cash records and basic accounting documentation✅ Follow up on maintenance, compliance, and operational requirements
🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred💼 Previous experience in administration, office management, or executive support🛠️ Strong organizational, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills🌍 Good English communication skills (written and spoken)🔒 Ability to handle confidential information professionally🚚 Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates.
