Job Description/Specification:


A well-established company in Doha is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the General Manager and assist with daily administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage emails, correspondence, and official documents
✅ Prepare reports, letters, memos, and internal communications
✅ Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
✅ Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
✅ Monitor employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave documentation
✅ Assist with government, municipality, and health inspection reporting requirements
✅ Support procurement processes and supplier coordination
✅ Maintain petty cash records and basic accounting documentation
✅ Follow up on maintenance, compliance, and operational requirements

Requirements

🎓 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
💼 Previous experience in administration, office management, or executive support
🛠️ Strong organizational, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills
🌍 Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
🔒 Ability to handle confidential information professionally
🚚 Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates.
