Job Description/Specification:
A leading organization in Qatar is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring activities across multiple departments and support workforce growth through effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
✅ Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and prepare job requirements.
✅ Advertise vacancies through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
✅ Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
✅ Maintain recruitment databases, hiring reports, and talent pipelines.
✅ Support onboarding, visa coordination, and recruitment compliance activities.
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
💼 Recruitment experience, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region.
🛠️ Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, interviewing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
🌍 Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
📄 Valid QID with transferable visa preferred.
