A leading hospitality and events organization is seeking an Events Sales Executive to drive venue hire and catering sales while delivering exceptional client service. The role involves business development, event coordination, and managing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
✅ Manage venue bookings, catering requests, proposals, contracts, and event documentation.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event planning and execution.
✅ Monitor event budgets, invoicing, procurement, and operational requirements.
✅ Maintain accurate client records and provide regular sales and activity updates.
Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
💼 Experience in hospitality, events, catering sales, or venue management.
🛠️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, event coordination, budgeting, invoicing, and customer relationship management.
🌍 Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
