A hospitality company in Doha is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Bellboy to create a positive first impression for guests and provide excellent luggage and guest assistance services.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner.
✅ Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation to and from guest rooms.
✅ Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
✅ Support guests with transportation arrangements, directions, and general inquiries.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and luggage areas.
✅ Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent.
💼 Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
🛠️ Ability to safely handle luggage, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
🌍 Good communication skills in English; knowledge of local attractions and destinations is an advantage.
Candidates should be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
