Requirements
🎓 Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field
💼 Experience in talent management, HR analytics, workforce planning, or related areas
🛠️ Strong skills in data analysis, predictive modeling, reporting, and HR systems
📊 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
🌍 Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
