Job Description/Specification:
Join the luxury hospitality team at The Ritz-Carlton Doha and help create memorable leisure experiences for guests. This role involves supporting recreational facilities, ensuring guest safety, and delivering exceptional customer service across fitness, pool, beach, and entertainment areas.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist guests with recreational activities, facilities, and equipment
✅ Promote and coordinate guest participation in leisure programs and events
✅ Monitor recreation areas and ensure safety procedures are followed
✅ Provide first aid assistance and respond to emergencies when required
✅ Handle guest inquiries, registrations, and point-of-sale transactions
✅ Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of recreational facilities and equipment
✅ Support private events and group activities within recreation areas
Requirements
🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
💼 Previous hospitality, recreation, fitness, or customer service experience is an advantage
🛠️ CPR and First Aid Certification required
🌍 Good English communication skills
⭐ Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
🏃 Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physically active duties
