Join a luxury resort in Doha and play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences. This position is responsible for supporting Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining quality standards, and leading team performance.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth service delivery
✅ Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, hygiene, and food quality
✅ Support, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
✅ Handle staff coordination, performance monitoring, and problem resolution
✅ Ensure compliance with brand standards and health & safety requirements
Requirements
🎓 Relevant hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification preferred
💼 Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within hotels or resorts
🛠️ Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
🌍 Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
⭐ Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work under pressure
