Join a luxury hospitality team at a prestigious resort in Doha. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences in a hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome, register, and assist guests throughout their stay
✅ Handle reservations, inquiries, requests, and guest concerns efficiently
✅ Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
✅ Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
✅ Coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs and expectations

Requirements

🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred

💼 Previous experience in hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality operations preferred

🛠️ Knowledge of MS Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage

🌍 Fluent English communication skills required

⭐ Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

🕒 Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

📍 Location: Banana Island Resort Doha, Qatar
