Requirements
🎓 Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred
💼 Previous experience in hotel front office, guest services, or hospitality operations preferred
🛠️ Knowledge of MS Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage
🌍 Fluent English communication skills required
⭐ Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
