Key Responsibilities

✅ Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their visit.

✅ Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.

✅ Build strong customer relationships and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

✅ Support VIP guests and contribute to creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

✅ Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using CRM systems.

Requirements

🎓 Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.

💼 Experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail environments.

🛠️ Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

🛍️ Basic knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, customer service standards, and retail operations.

📊 Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management practices.

🌍 Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
